Anger and Jealousy *Jack*

Jumping down from his black horse, Louis' shined black boots squelched in the mud. Horses were always the best form of transport as far as he was concerned, and they also served best as an effective entrance. Though Hogwarts was somewhere he hoped never to viist again, it seemed that he had failed to let go, and had a score to settle.

Walking towards the entrance hall, he glanced down at his appearence. A brown jacket, with a white shirt, smart trousers and then a pair of knee length black boots which had various mud patches littering them now. He looked as if he was a hundred years or so out of date fashion wise, but such clothes suited him.

As soon as he was in, by chance he noticed the man he had been looking for, the one whom he had been told about. Strolling towards him, he did not give off teh impression he was annoyed in any way. But as soon as he got close to him, he lunged forwards and smacked him straight in the nose.

It had been a perfectly normal day. Already he had cleaned the second floor after some kind of paint fighting which he was at total loss to explain, had avoided one attempted cupboard abduction and was now making his way down to breakfast. The first thing he noticed was the oddly familiar figure walking towards him - surely it wasn't Louis? Professor Song's ex-fiancee?

"Good morning, are you looking for...?" He sentence wasn't finished before he felt a solid smack in the nose and he stumbled back, swearing loudly and bringing a hand up to it, feeling the blood already trickling down his face. "What on earth are you doing?!" He asked him, startled, bringing a hand up to his face to try and stem the bleeding.

Louis smirked when he saw the blood, and brought a knee to the man's stomach. It was never good enough for him to see him not floored, and he certainly didn't have the honour to leave a down man alone. That was more his style. To fight with with surprise and then further attack something when they were weak. He was far too much of a coward to fight people as strong as he was, in case something went wrong.

Jack gasped, coughing loudly before swinging with a targetted free hand and shoving the man backwards away from him with a powerful shove before curling up his fist, ready to fight back if needs be. He wasn't going to be caught off-guard again, at the very least he'd show this man what some decent army years could do for a man's right hook.

"What...on earth...are you doing?! Are you out of your mind?!" Jack repeated, holding up a hand in front of him to stop him getting any closer.

Louis winced slightly when he was shoved, and backed away somewhat more, eager to get away from the risk of being hit further. Jack had always looked like a strong man, and that did not falter now that he had saw him again. Regardless, even if he was weak he would not try and provoke him further. A wand could do damage just as well as a fist, and he did not want to risk any harm. Placing his hands on his hips, he averted his glance to the floor. "I heard about your fondness for my fiance" he barked at him, shooting his eyes in his direction.

Jack shot him a startled look. "Fondness?" He asked him, confused. Were they even still engaged as a matter of fact. "We're friends, I suppose if you mean fond in a friend-like way - but I'm not interested in her like that, I was a taken man until very recently, I'm not looking for anything else."

Louis gulped, annoyed. "I have been told by a very reliable source that you have been staring at her whenever you see her. Though I suppose the pauper falling in love with the princess is an age old tale. However, I would suggest you stay with your brooms. That's where filth like you belong" he bravely said, even if he kept his distance still.

Was this man totally insane? "Firstly," He said, "I am not a pauper by any means. Secondly, if you mean glancing over and say hello then I could say I look at her, yes, you cannot hold a conversation with someone if you don't look at them - I definitely don't stare - and finally I suggest your check your source, because I'm afraid they are talking rubbish."

Louis glared, still keeping a good distance. "I can tell by your clothing you are exceedingly poor and my source is not wrong. Of course you would stare at her. Who wouldn't?" he replied.

"I wouldn't." Jack said simply. "I should report you to the Headmaster and get you thrown off the ground for assault - this is absolutely ridiculous. You haven't been here yet you trust the word of some unknown source - we are friends, that is all. So if you would kindly leave and gather some of the sense that has apparently escaped you that would be very much appreciated."

"The Headmaster? Am I supposed to be worried?'' Louis said, a sense of concern actually lacing his voice even if his words contradicted that. "I still don't understand however where you think you can speak to me like that when you are just a lowly caretaker. You're a mere servant. Nothing of importance or prestige. If you were to leave this castle they would find another servant just as easily" he stated, even if his tone still sounded more cowardly than it had done.

Louis shook his head. "The reason for doing it was not as ridiculous as what the reason actually was. You were a fool for thinking you could get away with lusting after my future wife and so I punished you like a dog. It's a relatively simple concept" he replied.
